Description

I have a ready CMS template based php scripts. I want to modify the default template to new template. I have done most of the work. Just don't have enough time to finalize it.

So i need someone who has good knowledge html, graphics, scripts and who did similar type of work before. For example put the variable name in template(##district##), modify some text graphics etc. I'll give all the instruction.

Please bid if you are good on that..don't waste time for me.

I should be able to get this done right away. I have been working with HTML for over eleven years now and CSS for five. This sounds like a simple job and should be no problem to get done.
