VERY URGENT PROJECT (Have to be completed 19/11/2007)

I need an experienced designer/programmer to design & code one template in standard-based XHTML Strict and CSS. Need this to be in exceptionally high quality.

I will provide you the corporative image and the logo. It will be a website for an agency company.

You will have to do the main page and few secondary pages. The header have to be done in flash (but it doesn't have to include the main menu, it have to be coded in HTML or JavaScript). The main menu have to be under the flash header. It also have to be a footer with Copyright and some other contact information and XHTML/CSS validation.

The page needs to render perfectly on all the major browsers including IE 7, IE 6, Safari/Macintosh, Fire Fox 2.X, Fire Fox 1.5. Delivery is not complete until tested on all the browsers.

It have to validate standard XHTML, CSS and Accessibility.

You will have to give us all the .psd and .fla, due to we can make changes on.

The website is for an agency (Laws, accountancy, estate agent, etc.). The main page will be a 3 column layout (main column with some important services (Title, photo, text and photo footer), a left bar for the menu (it will be expanded, max 3 levels) and another lateral bar for banners). A secondary page to put text, links & photos. Another secondary page with a list of house's to sell and a last page for the houses with a description, and a flash gallery with the images passed by flash parameters. All the pages (execpt the main page) have to have a breadcrumb navigation.

All work copyright have to be for me, so no links from your website.

I have more projects to do, if like your work, i will contact you for the anothers one. I want have a lot of contact and see all the evolution of the project.
