Description

I have a web page that needs a little tweaking. Here's is the example page.
Here's what I need

1. In the title above the image, I want this to be a white background and raised with beveled edges and rounded corners similar to the rest of the site. It needs to jump out more.
2. Same thing on the tag line below the image.
3. I would like to split the header image into 3 images. I have a few more images also. I want to have a rotating images similar to this site. jlw .org where the 3 images change and then finish with a split wide one. I would like to scale the size down a little also.

That's it. Unfortunately I need it quickly.
