Description

The website has been designed and now needs two HTML form elements.
The first is reservation bar that has been designed, but does not link to a database. When click on the submit button, it will go to the main reservations page where the information from the bar is now in the top part of the reservation page. The user would then fill out more contact information, and when submit it would add the user to a mailing list (would need to be set-up) and send an email with all the details from the reservation page to an email address.
