Description

I got the website Wikipaintings.org
It will be devoted to the paintings so the content of the website are pictures.
I need the help with the organizing of the content on my site wisely.
In detail, i need advices on how to create the homepage as it is represented on http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page. I need something like that in structure. I need advice on how to create categories and subcategories, how to upload pictures. How to organize the gallery of pictures.

As you mention a cap on your budget, I've adjusted my bid... Whoops, it appears my old bid was lost with that. At any rate, I use a personal wiki extensively to organise and record my life and my family's, and our homepage is just as snazzy as Wikipedia's.
