Urgent job. Must be finished today!

I need a freight calculator for my eBay listing template. I also need a search function to search my ebay store enabled on the template.

For the postcode calculator, I have a list of postcode ranges separated by zones. When the customer enters the postcode, I need it to display “Shipping & Handling will be $XX.XX”.

As the freight rates will vary, I need to enter the freight cost in for each shipping zone when I am putting together the eBay listing.

I’ve attached the postcode ranges and zones. The zones are the letters e.g. the first zone is ADL and the second zone is ASD. However, I haven’t entered in any freight prices yet as I don’t know the format you require this to be in. Below are a couple of links of what I require.
