Description

build an efficient website on IIS, with extensive usage of JavaScript and css. There are less than 18 pages, all of them are function-rich dynamic pages. I have designed the back-end, and I need expert to render them into web pages. The web page need communicate with back-end through SQL Server stored procedure and web service. Cross-site cookie authentication is also need in this project.

You must be an expert in the following area to bid:
1. ASP.NET
2. JAVASCRIPT and AJAX
3. CSS
4. User authentication and security
5. Site performance optimization

There are two phase of the project:

Phase 1: Get all the function working. But you need have a good sense on the design as well to render it elegantly.
Phase 2: Have my designer involved and tune the layout/design.

The work need to be done with high quality. Get the work done is not enough.
