Description

I have a client who has an application that is using CuteEditor for .NET (version is from April 2008). When the editor is loaded in Internet Explorer 8, the user cannot click inside the text editor. The controls appear, but cannot be clicked on. Also, data is not populating in the text editor when it does an edit. See attachment for what it looks like. There is also a javascript error that is probbaly the source of the issue (in attachment). ALl works fine in IE7 and other browsers.

I believe the issue is likely that the CuteEditor needs to be upgraded as I am not getting any issue using the editor on the software makers demo site in IE8. If that is the case, then the upgrade needs to be done properly as to maintain any existing configuration that has been defined.

This should be a simple task. Thus budget is $30
