Ok. Heres the deal...

Take a look at the photo sizes on the site under a model's portfolio.

They are 160x195

Before they are put online, the models send me 6 original photos and I have to manually crop and resize.

This is a pain in the ass.

So...I am looking for a program that does this automatically or ANYWAY to make this easier.

Is there a program that can BOTH crop and resize? I am sure there is. But....does it have the intelligence to crop in the right spot of picture? Maybe recognize the colors and figure out where the models body is on photo? By density?? Who knows.

Any ideas?

Auto-resize is easy. I think, I know the way of auto-crop!!!

Can be done. But Only resize. U cann't get them cropped automatically. However i can get u an interface to crop them manually. Deepak Chauhan xpertguys.com

I can resize automatically in a very easy way , not crop, this should be done manually as it is, after all, part of an artistic view! Will use php. It will be done in 30 mn.

I can provide you a windows tool that will open images, provide you a rectangle at the specified dimensions (which can be easily changed in the program) that folows the mouse, and will crop the image when you click, saving and moving on to the next file. Actual process can be tweaked to best fit your workstyle. There is no RELIABLE way to automate cropping - skin tones and background are sometimes hard to distinguish (I've tried before).
