Description

Hi,

We have a running html index.html which has a popup to full screen button, and launches the website.

Right now on Firefox it works perfectly, with close button visible and no scroll bar on right side.

However on IE, after it pops up, there is no close button to exit the app, and there is also a useless scroll bar on the right, which is greyed out and can't be used.

We need you to fix the index.html javascript popup such that for IE, it will popup, with the browser close button on top right, and ensure there is no scroll bar on right side.
