Description

I need a very well designed business site for an IT consulting company. It needs to have a section that will allow cusotmer to submit there information like name,address,phone# and whatever problem they are having so we can get back to them. I would also like it to email us this info after they input it into the form. I have a rough flash intro already done they may need some touch up work. I would need this done really quick. It would be about 8 pages max. I have a menu list made up but its not set in stone.

Please have at least 4 samples available for me to review before you are given the job. These need to be up and running web sites.

I would like to upload some files for those who would like send me a mock up. I am uploaading the logo and rough flash intro. Please show me what you can do. I want the website to be professional but visually appealing. The customer must be able to easily access the information on the site and request help. Please let you mind run I am not set on any particular style show me what you can do.

I want to update the description of the project with the new site menu. It is now about 13 pages of but still pretty simple. The most important thing is to have this done as quickly as possible. Also I am adding an updated site menu list so you have a better idea of what I want.
