 You need to slice and convert the homepage and content pages into tableless html XHTML 1.1 CSS driven and validated pages.
 You need to create the pages for all the pages in the menu
 You need to create a site using Dreamweaver with all the style sheets and pages connected.
 You need to create a CSS sheet for the style of the website and the control of the menus and rollover effects of the menu buttons as styled in the PSD file.

- THERE IS A LIMITED AMOUNT OF SPACE WHERE THE INFORMATION WILL GO, SO WHERE THE BOX ON TE RIGHT HAND SIDE IS; AND THE TEXT INFO GOES.. IF THE INFORMATION RIDES TO LONG THEN WE WILL NEED TO PUT A SCROLL BAR WITHIN THAT TRANSPARENCY BOX SO THAT THE PAGE DOESN’T GO DOWN TOO FAR.
MENU ROLLOVER EFFECTS
 I want the menu to have a rollover effect as shown on the psd file “TANK FINAL content styles showing menu rollover” and as illustrated below.

 I want you to create the CSS stylesheet controlling the menu, so that I can add more pages if need be with a drop menu using a light transparency box to create the menus with sample pages so that you can illustrate a working version of this.
 Contact a Representative
- The last item on the menu contact a representative, I would like a different function on here using JavaScript.
- I want this section to have a dropdown function like illustrated on this website http://www.careercareinstitute.com/

When you click on the menu button Contact a Representative I want this exact form to slide down EXACTLY like this website sample above and look the same, so adjust the CSS accordingly.
