We need to replicate template 22620 shown in templatemonster.com(flash). At least 6/7 additional pages will be added in the website. We shall provide you with the logo and images required on the site which is already ready. Our terms and conditions are

1) Full Work to be completed in 4/5 days time.
2) Designer must be available via phone to explain the updates if any
3) Payment to be made only after 100% work is complete
4) Must have experience in replicating template
5) Will choose designer only after seeing samples
6) Must not be expensive.
7) Must be open to revisions if any.
8) Updates will have to be done within 24/48 hrs time max if any
