Description

I have a joomla website and domain and I have purchased the following template:

The problem is that none of the modules or components are setup by default.

I have already purchased the template, and I have access to every single module/component/extension on the link above:

Examples include:

Featured Property Section
Mortgage Calculator
Scrolling Images (Horizontal)
Scrolling Images (Vertical)
Etc...

I basically have access to all of the following extensions:

I need somebody who can do the following:

1) Integrate all available extensions from the website onto my joomla site, in case I want to use them later.
2) Setup every extension as it is on the link above
3) I want to re-create the site as it is above in order to have a starting point.
4) I will add my content, and create the basic pages (Contact Us, About Us, Gallery, etc..
5) I will add content
6) You will not have to add pages or create word content, but you will have to help me integrate anything that has to do with extensions/plugins/etc..
7) For example you will have to help me add galleries, or at least show me how to do it. Like on the home page, you would need to show me how to make the "featured properties" and "new listings" appear the way they do.

So in closing I just need somebody to help me get the extensions I have already purchased, that are already 100% working, added to my site, and to make my site look like the site at:

You dont have to add content or pictures, except if necissary to test the extensions. You don't have to purchase anything extra, and you should not have to customize anything, other than adding items in the admin section.

Payment will be 10% into escrow up front. 50% as soon as you re-create (at least in having the extensions show up the same) the site above on my domain. And the remaining 40% once you have helped me tweak the use of the extensions.
