Description: I need to clone the following site:

http://www.sykesaccounting.com/

The most important functionality that I need is the file upload tab/page . I'm not able to login to this, but it i'm sure it is basically a user/admin side ftp with login.

So basically I need the front end and the back end of this site.

Slight changes are ok, and even appreciated.

I do not want The weird background, and I would rather have the CSS center the page instead of left align.

Once you have cloned the site, and shown that the admin/user login/upload functionality is working, there will be only slight changes required.
