Description

I need a Web Designer either on salary Basis or Project Basis(please quote me on both)

HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE (YOU MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE WORK EVERYDAY). one day you may have work one day you may not have work. and the day you have

work if required to work 10 hours - you should work.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Should be very creative and experienced
2. Should work on homepage designs, subpage designs, banners (flash or gif), Landing Pages, Newsletter Designs, Website Maintenance, Htmls(if required), Joomla homepage designs, oscommerce homepage designs.
3. Logo Designing and Flash are added advantage.
4. Should do custom designing NO TEMPLATES
5. Should be available on phone and Chat (daily, at any point of time)
6. should give me a daily report.
7. Should sign NDA.. should not upload my designs in the portfolio

For Project basis.. I WOULD PAY ONLY IF THE DESIGN IS APPROVED.. if the design isnt approved then i wont be paying.
