Description

This site will be made for a temporary employment agency for dental students and dental hygienists. The temporary employment agency will deal with the recruitment of dental students and dental hygienists, obtaining work for these students and dental hygienists and the communication between the dentist and the student / dental hygienists.

To achieve this, the site will be developed so dentists can request dental students/ dental hygienists without the intervention of the temporary employment agency staff, to see when requests are made by dentists and several features that accompany this process.

The goal is to take as much administrative work out of the hands of the dentist. This will be facilitated by the simplicity and clarity of the website and the work of its staff.

In order to be able to cover its costs the temporary employment agency will charge a fee of sending the student / dental hygienists. This fee will be paid by the dentist every 2 or 4 weeks to avoid cash shortage.

Should it be that the work request can not be met, the dentist is informed timely before the end date.

The following functions will have to be integrated in the site:
• Logon/ profile
• auto mailing with hash links/deep linking
• Calender/ planning module
• invoice creator
• upload function for invoices and pay slips
• notes can be posted with a profile

I am not sure if i want to make this site in flex or ajax. It is very impotent that it will be a visually rich site which is understandable for old dentists who do not know how websites work.

Only react on this project if you can work with ajax or flex and create the site as described above.
If I find your quote interesting I will send you a detailed description with flowcharts so there will be no surprises.

Finally there will be a max. of 60 days of development and the design will be delivered unless otherwise agreed.
