Description: I am looking to to change the header area on my website, exxocard.com

What I want is to have this header clone the header on the website VirtualBank.com in a couple ways

It does not have to be exact, you can use anything that gets the similar effect (not necessarily flash).
1.) I want the globe image to rotate out (the glide effect is nice but choppy) with at least 2 other images (I can provide). The timing should be similar if not slightly slower.
2.) I will provide text for the right side of the header. It will be similar fashion, I need the text to also alternate. (fade effect) Not all the text has to fade, the bullet points mainly.
3.) I need assistance in inserting into my website

EXTRA: If you can add the options at the bottom ofr the header that you can click and change screen, then mention it in your bid. Its not necessary but it would be helpful if it can be done cheaply.
ALSO: This is only for the homepage, but again if you can make a simple template that I can use on the other subpages mention it - that would be helpful. Go to kgethanllc.com/header.psd to dload the header to look at.

I'll be available in real time throughout, if you can do this quickly mention it and I will probably accept your bid.
