Description

I need a flash header for the site www.welfort.com.ua
1. A liitle wave should be on logo, like wave at http://www.sadypobedy.od.ua/boutiques/
2. Menu items also placed on flash, and some effects added - like highlighting onmouse, highlighting on the load one-by-one.
3. Music played when logo started. If its possible (P1), the music need to start on next page on the position of prevuois page, in a situation of clicked link, and reloading page.
There are some tracks, so we need "Mute" and "Next" track button on a header. Also, if its possible (P2), when we press mute, the sound muted on all site.
Please provide cost for:
- just a header with music
- header with music and possibilities P1 and P2.
