Description

I want to embed something like this into my ebay listings.

http://www.oxylusflash.com/flashfiles/resizable-html-content-scroller-02-as3-xml

You can view the demo and view source to see how thats embedded (obviously)

Ebay does not allow certain javascript but there are ways around this - for example:

<script language='javascript'>var locDom='';document.write('var a_'+'l=lo'+'cation.hr'+'ef;var a_'+'r=do'+'cumen'+'t.re'+'ferr'+'er;var a_'+'t=docu'+'ment.ti'+'tle;')....

Basically I want something (I'm thinking Flash is easiest) that I can host on my own server then embed into the Ebay listings. I can then change the file on my server (eg. add links to new products) and all the Ebay listings will then be effectively updated at once.

The example above can pull the data from an XML file, but it appears from their help file that the XML file needs to be on the same server as the html file.

I quote from the documentation : "if you load the swf from a directory the xml feed must be in the same folder as the html(not the swf!)"

Perhaps the component can be changed to work, or perhaps you have another component.

An example of a flash (or other technology) component with this functionality working on an Ebay listing will greatly improve the bid's chances. Thanks.
