Description

We need to develop a master plan for a resort.

We will provide a PDF with all the materials (Europe + Portugal Map) a Google Earth shot and an Illustration detailed plan.

Design tasks:
* nothing to create from scratch
* just collate to two pages from the PDF file to build the europe map
* collate the Google Earth shot with the illustration file to display the beach and sea on the plan
* enhance the quality of the Google Earth file, displaying the beach and sea with better quality (comic-style illustration)

Flash tasks:
* display Europe map (provided) with arrows pointing from major european airports to the site location (animation)
* zoom in to the Portuguese map (provided), with a nice zoom-in animation
* zoom in to the location plan (provided) with a nice zoom-in animation and fade-in from the vectorial map to the site plan (provided)
* provide hotspots for every building (about 100, similar size)
* When clicking each building, open a layer (in HTML, invoking a JavaScript method) which will have more details on the building (plants, etc)

All of this must be VERY attractive and commercial.

Payment will be done through escrow and 100% of the money will be released upon project completion and delivery of full source code.
No intermediate payments will be done.

We will provide a project manager who will be available all day to monitor progress and reply to any questions you might have during development.

This job can be completed in ONE day. We will be closing all bid TODAY and need the designated freelancer to start working on it ASAP. We need this delivered next Wednesday by the end of the day.

If you cannot follow this schedule, please don't bid on it, it will make both of us loose time and money, and we won't pay you if the job is not delivered on time.
