PROJECT FOR PROFESSIONAL FLASH DEVELOPERS ONLY!!!!

I need to recreate the main nav menu on the following website in Flash: http://kundalini-dance.com/kundalini-dance.html -- I lost all my FLA files.

The menu will have new links with updated names and also needs to have sign up form fields (below the links) for both name/email, which then will be submitted to an email account.

MUST know how to recreate the exact same look and feel for main nav using the same typeface and animation!!!

MUST be able to start immediately as deadline is in two days!!!

ONLY serious FLASH developers apply!!!
