Description

I am looking for a website to be created that has the same functions as the auction website swoopo. My site must have the same features including a 'bidbuddy', the timing systems and bidding systems. We are a start-up and regretably can not afford a great deal of money, but we may be able to offer a potential share in our company if the work is good.
