Description

I need to get a POC Adobe form up and running - see attached - that will require some design and some Javascript validation.

There should be submit button at the bottom that only checks the validation of the fields at this stage.
Validation on submit:
- At least one row is filled
- The row filled must contain a 'milk temp' and 'actual litres'
- driver number must be filled
- driver name must be filled
- date must be filled

check the doc on what fields require data or text. ie text should not be allowed in numeric field.
