Description

Display a popup mouseover event that shows the contents of a hidden div always on browser screen no matter the position of the div/image activator on the page.

An example behaviour would be a tooltip or very similar to the addthis.com mouse over button behaviour. Google also has tooltip/talkbubble with similar behaviour.

Div must stay open while the mouse is over it, then timeout after X amount of seconds onmouseout. Hidden dic will contain form and other dynamic content. Below code is html example. imageDiv may be replaced with text link mouseover event.

Guidelines:
1. Relative to parent div on the page, and not screen so if page is in window mode it will appear same position.
2. Popup must be ontop of all other content. Must not move/push content around it.
3. Code must be very streamlined(less than 1K), please no prototype sweettitles api/framework
