hello.. i can use digital signal processing and neural networks to manipulate the images on this program.. this can be easily done in Java.. i can add extra features such as image restoration or character recognition..

Very interesting project. I would love to do it and have already figured out a couple of accurate and efficient algorithms that could be used to do it. I work in Java a lot and have worked with image processing and GUI when creating games. Also, just out of interest, I wrote a little demo program to test the algorithms.
