Description

We are in need of a Netbeans component that is able to display tekst and excel files.

The requirements are:
1. The component should be able to display a text file of 1MB within a second.
2. The component should be able to display excel files or csv files in a grid, where top labels can be set.
3. The component should be platform independend.
4. It is not allowed to use 3rd party, licensed, products.
5. The component should have the following functions:
- Open file
- Save file to file
- Specify seperator for csv file
- Print file
6. The component must be rezisable

We require the following deliverables:
1. Source code
2. Component itself
3. Example program
4. Documentation

We will be the owner of the produced code and component. It is not allowed to sell or distribute the product to any other party than us. We will provide you with example tekst and excel files.

Hello, From my understanding of your requirements, you mentioned Netbeans. However, if what you need is a standalone application, i am willing to make it "The only IDE you need", just like Netbeans. Netbeans or standalone, you choose. Your wish is my command.
