Description

We are looking for a professional java developer paid on a hourly base for different small projects.

This project is just a placeholder - please tell us your desired hourly salary. You will work together with one of our developers and will be given clear specifications.

Requirements:
- must have good skills in English both written and spoken
- work independently
- professional programmer with profound knowledge of object orientation and the knowledge how to program structured - no script kids please
- some experience with xml, html and web programming would be very helpful

Desirable:
- telephone contact possible
- cvs or subversion experience
- possibly sql experience for future work
- references

You will mainly work with the following library:

We will provide some sample snippets and start with a tiny project to check your capabilities.

If you are new here please provide some references of your work. Please bear in mind that it does ABSOLUTELY not make sense to work together if you cannot fulfil the requirements. We are looking for a mid- to long-term cooperation and are ultimately looking for experienced stuff.

Just some additions due to the many PMed questions:

- no J2EE work, just plain core java and the mentioned library, additionally in future some basic sql
- no server required
- yes, svn would be really desirable
- yes, telephone contact would be helpful
- yes, you need basic xml/html knowledge (see below); if you don't have it, this project is probably not the right for you
- we will use netbeans, but it should not really matter if you have eclipse or another ide
- yes, good English is a MUST

some details about the nature of the work:
- mainly you will develop web bots with htmlunit
- you will given base classes or interfaces which you have to extend / implement
- you will have to identify certain html <form> input fields by xpath (simple!) and fill them out with htmlunit, please refer on
