Description: Develop a set of Java servlets that allows a user to login using a (hard-coded) user name and password. Use servlet session to maintain login status. When user is logged in allow him to select and download one of two "secret" documents (which are available only if user is logged in). The secret documents must only be available if the user gives the correct user name and password. No credit if the user can bypass this password system just by knowing the "secret" URL of the document.

Hi, I can do this with in half day. We will use filters in servlets for this, so that if the secret url of the document is known then also people has to authenticate with the system. with out authenticaton they cant download the files. I will be waiting for ur response.. Thanks

Hello, I have very simlar projects. the user name and password keeping in hastable . If the user enter the correct number in login jsp then secon page is shown and give the message to the user. If user doesn't enter the correct username and password then the error message shown. So I can specialise this web development for you Best Regrds
