Hello, I'm very interest on this project. I have three step to develop this work. STEP 1. The program can capture webcam and microphone then streaming via unicast or broadcast IP (specifec IP address). The program also can receive in the same time.(Video Phone) STEP 2. Develop to Client/Server. Client capture webcam/microphone and only send to Server(unicast). Server receive and send broadcast. STEP 3. compressed/decompressed before and after streaming. I use java to develop this work. In STEP 1 , I 've already done , It 's IP Video Phone(GUI) . I ready to deliver to you for testing within 3-4 days with manual document(Pleas contact to me). It've finished it for long time so It use a time to remind that. In STEP 2, It just a little adjust from step 1. In STEP 3, I think It's hardest work in this project. so please tell me How many client you expect?. and How many bandwidth do you expect for one channel(Server send only one Client)? and What standard of compression you want or Whatever? I am a highly skilled in JAVA Programing, Pls look from my work that I'll send to you. I really want to do this project so if you think my bid is expensive,Please tell me ,I can reduce that.
