Description:	Dear Sirs, We repost this project as the provider we selected earlier didn’t manage to deliver the application in spite of his promises. Now we are looking for a person or a team who can implement the application with the functionality we need. If you have any ideas or thoughts feel free to share with them. We would like to establish a long term partnership as we plan to improve the application in future. We are willing to develop a mobile phone application which contains 3 main functions. The first one is the ability to listen the conversation of the phone’s user for a third person. This can be done in different ways. You can suggest your own one. When user talks by the phone, application records the conversation in a hidden mode to a special folder. After the conversation is ended, the record is send via MMS to a certain phone number. Or there can be another way. To make during the conversation a “conference call” to a certain phone number with phone user notification. The second function is to track SMSs which are sent or received by the phone. This can be done by resending all the messages to a certain phone number without notifying the user. And the last one is to track all the incoming and outcoming call from the phone. This may be done by sending a text message with the call number and time to a certain number without user notification. All these three functions are to be implemented in a single device. Also these can be different files. The app is to be installed on NOKIA 3100 and higher. The app should function in a hidden mode. Ideally the user should not know about application existing. Attached is the example downloaded from the Net, but this is not the actual thing we are looking for. Thank you for your time and efforts.
