Description

I need Esper to possess events/signals.
http://esper.codehaus.org/about/esper/esper.html

There will be two types of signals: Individual and Group. Group contains Individual signals, but can also contain other Group signals.

When Esper receives all signals from a Group, it should send a Group signal.

Example:
Group 1 contains: Individual 1, Individual 2, Individual 3
Group 2 contains: Individual 1, Group 1, Individual 4

When Esper receives signals for Individual 1, Individual 2, Individual 3, it should make Group 1 signal.
Now, Esper needs to receive Individual 4 signal to complete Group 2 and send its signal.

When a Group is complete and sends its signal, it should also do an action assigned to the group (invoke specified group URL).

Each Individual and Group signal will have expiration such as 1hr or 1min or 1day etc.

Modified bid after analysis of full spec. Thanks. **************** i have used Esper and this is relatively simple. Not sure why you mentioned MySQL, assuming actions on completion of a group is not within scope, i mean it will invoke some skeletal action where you can push functionalities as required.
