Description

Looking to find a very good coder to convert 4 pages of PSD design into high quality HAND CODED, cross-browser compatible W3C validated XHTML / CSS markup. Here are or requirements:

1) experienced coder with sample of past work
2) code that is W3C compliant
3) cross browser compatibility (IE6, IE7, Safari, Opera, Firefox and Konqueror)
4) small file footprint and page loading time optimization
5) No tables, only use DIV/CSS
6) SEO Semantic code for enhanced search engine friendliness
7) must follow coding standards and naming conventions
7) Must meet deadlines in a timely manner
