Description: Need the following built.

1. Member Login Area Like the one attached.

I have to be able to input new members into the xml file or database at any time. And when the member logs in it will take them to a certain page on my server. Membership will have 3 different levels so some will be sent to one page and some to another page. I need to be able to edit where they goto.
