Description

We are looking for a professional java developer with experience in the field of web programming and htmlunit. You will work together with one of our developers and will be given clear specifications. We expect the possibility to contact you via skype. You should have experience with trac and subversion if you want to continue working with us in future.

Implement bots for the following sites:

You will work with HtmlUnit, check http://htmlunit.sourceforge.net/.

Sample - the methodology should be the same for all bots. You will be given an interface which you have to implement for each bot for each of the above mentioned sites.

1. bot should register on http://www.blogtopsites.com/register
2. bot shall submit new blog on http://www.blogtopsites.com/cp.php?action=addblog
3. retrieve the generated html snippet

notes:
* some bots return (point 3) html snippet which we need
* some have captcha: don't care too much about that, we already have a class which expects the image and returns the captcha code
* we provide sample code

This is somehow the preliminary specification and can slightly change.

Requirements:

- experience with HtmlUnit http://htmlunit.sourceforge.net/
- must have good skills in English both written and spoken
- work independently
- professional programmer with profound knowledge of object orientation and the knowledge how to program structured - no script kids please
- experience with xml, html and web programming is important
- skype contact
- possibly subversion experience

--> IMPORTANT NOTE: most bots are easily implemented, so please post a realistic prize for that project. We are really interested in future cooperation and the administrative time (GAF, testing, communication) is in a region where we can only justify that with future work which you should be interested. Check blogtopsites.com to get an idea of how much work you have to do.

We will deliver sample code to speed up your development time: this means you have in most cases only to identify the form-elements (username, email, blogname, etc) and fill them out, press submit and so on. So you have - as far as we can see - to setup initially a working environment for one bot and only to adapt for the others.

If you want to have job, convince as that you are skilled and work for a reasonable prize.

Payments and workflow

Payment via escrow. No payments in advance. You will be paid for each FULLY implemented and working bot. For that sake we will put onto the escrow initially the money for the first bot. Then you start implementing, deliver the source and we will review and check. If all is fine, you get the payment and we go on with the next bot, and so on.

If you are new here please provide some references of your work. Please bear in mind that it does ABSOLUTELY not make sense to work together if you cannot fulfil the requirements. We do not want to waste time and are ultimately looking for experienced stuff.
