Description

- To apply for this project you must bid $100 and 5 days and successfully complete a very simple unpaid project called, "Unpaid Project- Display IMEI number on LCD of Motorola i88s phone."

- The J2ME software called Locator will communicate with the PIC chip embedded in the Motorola i88s mobile phone using the phone's RS-232 interface. (This is described in more detail on our website listed below).

- Testing "Communication between Locator and the PIC chip." (This is described in more detail on our website listed below).

- How to persuade us to escrow 100 US dollars for you with GetAFreelancer for "Communication between Locator and the PIC chip." (This is described in more detail on our website listed below).

- Technical requirements for "Communication between Locator and the PIC chip." (This is described in more detail on our website listed below).

Because the provider who I awarded the GetAFreelancer called, "Communication between Locator and the PIC chip" to has not yet submitted any software to me to test, I am concerned that he will not complete the project on time.

If he finishes the project on time I'll pay him for the project, but I want to get this project done quickly and don't want lose time by continuing to wait for a deliverable from a provider who I suspect will fail to complete the project on time.

After all, it is easy to accept a project, but it is far more difficult to actually complete a project. I have had many providers accept projects on GetAFreelancer that I have awarded to them, who have then essentially "walked away" from the projects.
