Description

Hello,

We would need budget and time requirement estimation for one of our project.

We need a Windows application that can generate .jar files that can be run on cell phones.
In the Windows application, we want to be able to select videos, images and text then generate the applet for the cell phone.

When we run the applet on the cell phone we should be able to browse the text/images/video selected previously.

Please give us some indications on how you would realize this project to allow us to choose the best solution.
