| A tall order, I can assist you with some of the stuff you are asking for, this is the honesty part. For one I use joomla see armydatabase.com so we can work that.
1) Web design use the opensource content system and you choose the template you like based on websites I'll provide.
2) design logo: I'm not so good with logo's but if you have something in mind I'm sure we can figure it out.
3) meta-tag and keywords phrase for everypage on site Not a problem
4) shopping cart-merchant account-online gateway What do you have in mind, paypal perhaps, we can link to anything and keep it within your site for a professional look. see http://armydatabase.com/component/option,com_wrapper/Itemid,74/ notice how the affiliate is encompassed in my site without leaving. I can do that for you.
5) report tool (track statistics) usually provided by your hosting company, but joomla does keep track of this as well
6) financial tracking software this is usually provided by paypal or any other merchant account you setup
7) optimization of graphics and enhancing images, some require background changed. I have adobe photoshop so I should be able to do something
8) fast loading images they load as fast as the internet someone has which is usually better than dial up in todays day and age
9) HTML codes, will need to be able to have access to these as i will require to change them time to time aswell as the meta-tags and keywords. You get everything with joomla
10) auto mail responder set these up based on the email addresses, different response based on different email address.
11) watermake my images and copywrite. Need to research this one.....I can't make any promises on this.
So there you have it. I will assist you in learning joomla, because I'm sure that would be the ultimate goal. You'll learn the rest of the process with me as we go along.
