Description

We have an existing VB application (Reporting System) and a detailed system specification. I also have a project proposal that is for the redevelopment of the app, not necessarily in VB.

I need a VB(?)/Java(?) developer to examine both the two specifications and the existing VB code to plan the work required and to ensure that no functionality is omitted.

It is expected that this will require 3-5 days, and will result in the project proposal being extended into a system specification.
