Program Requirements


The primary function of the program is to log into a list of AOL and Yahoo email accounts and read the emails that are in the inbox and delete them and/or check the spam box and mark a random percentage of the emails as “not spam”, this will move them to the inbox where they will then be deleted. The more behaviour that the bot performs that simulates a real user is very important . The primary thing is for the accounts to look like they are being checked by real users Any suggestions or ideas to make the bots perform like a real user would be very welcome. It will be up to the programmer to determine how many accounts can be checked per ip and how many connections at a given time as well as ip rotation is optimal so that the accounts are all checked from various ips.

1. Program operates on Windows OS
2. A GUI will control the following functions:
a. Set the random percentage of how often the junk mails are marked as “not spam”.
b. GUI wil be able to start and stop the bot for the AOL or Yahoo lists of accounts separately and schedule it in advance if need be.
c. GUI will have the ability to add and remove large amounts of accounts and their passwords to the list of email accounts to be checked. AOL and Yahoo accounts should be in 2 separate lists.
d. GUI will allow the addition or removal of the ips that are bound to the server that will be used to check the email accounts. I will be using various /20s that will change over time. If you recommend that I use other proxy ips for better results we can discuss that but I have multiple /20s that I can bind to the NIC of the server and then add them to a list in the GUI so the software knows what ips to use to check accounts with.
e. GUI has a feature that allows a bulk edit of all AOL accounts spam filter settings to be changed to “Off”, “Low”, Medium” or “High”.
3. Bots need to be executables that can be installed on other centos servers easily.
4. Bots need to check accounts at a fairly reasonable speed.
