Description

I had hired someone from this site with very mixed results. The person started the project, got paid, (more than bid) then dissapeared. That is once burned I will be more careful. NOW for the needs; Please see the file attached. I will probably need to communicate with the winning bidder. I will need the job to be complete within 7-14 days. NO MONEY until the job is complete.
