Web Script Specifications:

I NEED Fields such as Name Address Email so we can pass it in varables to advertisers.

Note: All variables with spaces and/or any other special characters must be URL-encoded before the data is passed.

USERS WILL BE SENT TO A CO-REG PATH. ALL USERS THAT ENTER THERE INFO NEEDS TO BE PASSED ON TO THE ADVERTISERS LINK.

>database fields: name [254], email [254], verified [t/f], ipaddress [15], timestamp
>A file called signup.php will accept two incoming variables as follows:
signup.php?request:newuser-NAMEHERE&email-EMAILHERE
>These variables will be saved to a database using the specification listed above.
>If the email address is already registered, the email should say so, and the return page should
have ONLY the text 'already exists'.
>The script will issue a confirmation email with encoded name/email for the user to
click on and confirm their email address.
