List entrees by categories (beef, chicken, veggie, diet,
etc) Toggle check boxes with and. Dynamic pages that update with
selections (i.e. chicken entrees).(see sidestep.com)

Choose side items(potato(butter, SC, chives, bacon), fries(cheese),
vegetable, salad(dressing, toppings off) etc.)

Toppings off (burgers – cheese(American, Swiss, cheddar)
