Description: The project has two parts. Each Part is worth 50% of the total project cost.

Java Version 50%
.Net C# Version 50%

The mini application is two capture a screen dump / grab of a given running process eg:
(Image Name) = IExplorer.exe

This image in gif or jpeg or png format is then to be written to disk.
Make it configurable if you can and also provide empty slots/interface/method bodys for the other image formats mentioned that you did not implement.
