Description

I want a simpel software program that runs on both symbian and windows mobile cell phones, I prefere J2ME midlet to ensure working on all mobile phones.
The software frontend is a form containing questions and and an answer under each question. the answers wll be one of: multible choice answers, yes&no and written answers.

The person should be able to answer these questions and press send button and all answers will be sended to another mobile via SMS.
the number and the questions qill be fixed and hidden from the user.
