Description

- In Extranet Overstock area, add in options to filter by lead-type and sub-category.
- Make filter headings for lead type, sub-category and lead date sortable.
- Create a plain HTML form which can be formatted and implemented on other websites to allow login to the Extranet system.

- In Lead Manager, enable setting for salespeople to restrict their access to leads by age.
- Optionally restrict a salesperson's access to leads from one or more originating sites only.
- Set access windows for a salesperson's account, limiting their access to the system based on weekday and time.
- Create automatic filters, which run against a single account, for multiple statuses, and reassign their leads back to the general pool at a certain time. Filters are to be able to run either one-time only or indefinitely until cancelled by an administrator.
- Within My Leads area, make salesperson listings alphabetical.
- Expand the Questionnaire to include a field for Date Completed.
- Record the completion of a questionnaire along with its starting salesperson, so that the salesperson who first completes the questionnaire is recorded permanently against it. This value should not be changed if another salesperson subsequently makes amends to the questionnaire.
- Add in an administrative tool to allow the retrieval of questionnaire completions, based on salesperson and date.

- In the Admin, add an email template/contact system (similar to the existing system in the Lead Manager) with custom filters, including checks against the account status and balance of administrators.
- Add in the ability to assign a fixed balance "bonus", manually entered by administrative staff and set against individual accounts, which is a boost to the balance increase when using the auto-top-up filter (so that if an account has a balance of $300 and tops up to $500, they receive a percentage bonus on the $200 top-up amount processed).
- When processing a customer, automatically add the customer record to the Prospect system.

- In the Prospect system, add in an email template/contact system similar to the system currently within the Lead Manager
