Description

I need to read a file with Hebrew content in Java.
(Currently I have only ???? when I read Hebrew fonts.)
The OS is Ubuntu 8.04, file encoding is UTF-8

The project should be in the domain of setting the Linux / Java , so Java could read Hebrew from a file in linux.
