Description

I need someone to animate my website. It will have one background picture, and one image that will need to move with a mouse movement.
It will be similar to this:

The mouse will need to move a flashlight over the background image in first person view. There will be 3 objects that will be targets. They will slowly be introduced onto the background. When the light from the flashlight is moved over target, the image will disappear and a sound will play(wav or mp3).

Bidder will need to be creative in emulating the light from the flashlight.

This will not be an actual game. It is just a way to show how this flash light works to our users.

I will supply sounds and artwork.
