Description

This project is something on the lines of Habbo Hotel, a virtual world set in a graphical environment. It is a Multiplayer Chat room, with added features such as furniture, mini games etc.
Here we are looking for a talented Lingo Programmer, or someone who can create this with almost the same results as Lingo. We need a basic game completed first.
We are also looking for a programmer to fill a vacant staff position with us.

'I plan on creating an online multiplayer chat room for teenagers all over the world, no matter the age, sex, race or religion. Like many online chat communities on the internet today, few make any success and reap many members. But also like many online chat communities on the internet, most are the same, saying the same thing and selling the same product. I have decided that all this needs to change. It is time to create a dominant chatting community. One which overtakes all competition, something that has that little spark the others don't. I plan on creating something no other chat community owner has ever even thought of. Not only this, I plan on creating something the audience, teenagers, like.
Being neither immature, nor inexperienced I believe, with the right help and support, I can make this project a success, reaping members who enjoy the community they are surrounded in.'

We are looking for something along the same lines as Habbo Hotel (habbohotel.co.uk)
Users must be able to choose an avatar, walk, talk, sit, dance and various other features.
The game does not have to be extremely advanced as we are looking for a 'preview' to give to investors.
This Project is 1500-5000, I choose the wrong option.
