sir developing games in J2me have varied work dimensions. the major dimesions are 1. Game Plans 2. Graphics 3. Game design 4. Game programming 5. Emulator Testing 6. Device porting 7. Device testing to name a few. It takes a lot of time and effoert. we feel that The budget posted by you does not match the effort level required to create the games.
